We are a housing cooperative, located in the Greenboro area of Ottawa, Ontario.
We offer the following housing particulars:
- 100 Garden homes owned and managed by the members.
- A mix of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units to choose from.
- Some are wheelchair accessible.
- Highly suited and appropriate to family living.
- All units equipped with fridge and stove.
- Most units have eat-in kitchen and dining rooms.
- Each unit has one parking spot.
- Non-profit, democratically run.
- Each member must participate at least 4 hours each month in the decision making and maintenance of the Co-operative.
- Close to all amenities and transportation, entertainments, shopping centre and schools.
